Learn to recognise phishing scams and online fraud

Phishing emails are designed to unlawfully obtain your personal information, Cloud Club membership details, or even your banking information. Such emails typically request that you provide personal or financial data, or direct you to a website where you are asked to log in to your account.

  • These emails may appear to originate from Aerohollanda Airways, Cloud Club, or Aerohollanda Duty Free.
  • In some cases, the sender's email address may appear to be associated with aerohollanda.nl.
  • Furthermore, these messages may contain official-looking logos of Aerohollanda Airways, Cloud Club, or Aerohollanda Duty Free, as well as other content copied directly from aerohollanda.nl or aerohollanda.nl/cloud-club. Phishing emails may also include convincing personal details that fraudsters have obtained from your social media profiles.
  • In addition, such emails may include links to fraudulent or spoofed websites that request your login credentials. These counterfeit websites may closely resemble the official websites of Aerohollanda Airways, Cloud Club, or Aerohollanda Duty Free.

Protect yourself from online fraud

  • Please remain vigilant with regard to emails that request personal information or ask you to update your account details.
  • Before clicking on any link contained in an email, please verify that the displayed website address matches the actual destination and that it is not a so-called "masked" website.
  • Ensure that your browser opens a legitimate website address belonging to aerohollanda.nl or aerohollanda.nl/cloud-club. Online fraudsters frequently use web addresses that closely resemble the name of a well-known company but differ slightly through the addition, omission, or transposition of letters
